Going inside anywhere can be very daunting -

So we thought we’d let you know what you can expect:

OPEN THE DOOR - OOPS - THERE’S NO PEOPLE!

But there will be every Sunday between 10.30 and 12 noon

"You can expect a very warm welcome"

(or you can have your money back).

WHAT YOU WON’T FIND -

Money - Talking about money - we can never be accused of being after yours -because we never ever have a collection.

Clothing - we do prefer it if you wear something but you won’t find many suits and ties or hats

Perfect Singing - We sing old and new songs and even if you don’t know them they are easy to latch on to. We believe that having fun and enjoying yourself is more important than hitting a right note.The Bible says we are to make a joyful noise and that's exactly what we do.

Reserved Seating - There are no reserved seats so you can sit anywhere - back or front or in between.

You won’t find a lot of religious rituals either - so you can feel free to sit or stand but we don’t have any chandeliers to swing from.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND -

A friendly family ready to make room for you and people who will care and are prepared to pray for you

Sound too good to be true?

We have to keep pinching ourselves to check that we’re not dreaming too!

Jesus told a story once to have a go at religious people

We know it as the story of the prodigal son but there were 3 main characters -

• 1. The Father who wanted the very best for both of his sons
  
  
• 2. The elder son who was too busy working for his father to have fun
  
  
• 3. The younger son who had spent all his dad’s cash on wine, women and song. Finally going from wine to swine.

The father is a picture of God (and Jesus should know what God is like)

He waited patiently till his son was spent up and dining on pig swill.  (Not ideal for a Jewish lad)

When his son returned the father arranged a disco and splashed out on a new set of clothes and a ring. He also called all the neighbours to a BBQ but the elder son was not best pleased.

What that tells us is God loves parties and prodigals but he’s not over keen on religion
